Weissenfels lifting chains feature technical specifications outperforming the current standards available on the market. This is achieved thanks to our vertically integrated production, covering all phases from the steel annealing up to the testing and certification of the final product.
Two lifting chain lines of Gr.10 are designed to cover several lifting requirements:
Special alloy steel, heat treated through quench and tempering. Cold bending and flash welding are performed on state-of-the-art machines, using leading edge technologies.
Dimensions from ø 6 up to ø 22 mm with minimum elongation of 20%.
Safety factor 4:1
VIS 200 is complying and can be certified according to ASTM.
